NLP Master Practitioner and Coach

NLP is a taking the study of excellence and using that knowledge to train and coach others to get the results and the life you want. It uses the best of psychological, neurolinguistics and programming to enable us to reprogram decision pathways for the desired outcome. Instead of the subconscious controlling us, we can control and influence our subconscious, this allows us to not only make change possible but to make change feel good. NLP models excellence, enables us reproduce behaviours and to transfer it to the areas of life that we want to influence. It  gives us the ability to create the change and the results we want in our lives, leading to success and happiness.

NLP has comprehensive use throughout business; from leadership and management techniques and behaviours, communication, customer service, sales, persuasive and influencing language, negotiation, marketing, motivation, assertiveness, overcoming fears, confidence, problem solving and solution extraction. It truly has universal appeal across all industries, sizes and models of business.

NLP enables clients to overcome obstacles, move forwards, get rid of unhelpful behaviours and not just cope with concerns but to conquer and come out stronger. It is the retraining of the mind, and teams to choose a decision pathway where once it took you or your team to unwanted practices it takes you to the desired performance.. As an NLP Master Practitioner I have access to a really wide toolkit of techniques that will be handpicked for each individual and each team.

Below is a non exhaustive list of NLP techniques that can be applied in a 121 setting or group.
